Two, performance characteristics:

Four 、 operation method and function setting:
1 、 temperature setting:
(1) open the tin power switch, the operation panel will display the measured value of the temperature 3.0.0 temperature setting value 2.8.0.0., plus or minus - + directly using the button to adjust the temperature setting value, click the plus or minus - + keys will rise or fall in a unit, plus or minus press + - the key of continuous rising or falling, the set temperature value in the set after two seconds after the automatic long-term preservation, not switch machine, blackout.
(2) open the furnace power supply, operation panel will display the measured value of the temperature 3.0.0 temperature setting value 2.8.0.0., using the shift key type * to adjust the temperature setting value, the decimal point stop behind which number, can use this number to add or adjust the key + reduction. The set temperature value is stored automatically for two seconds after the set, and is not affected by the switch machine and the power failure.
2 、 microcomputer self-tuning:
If the temperature measurement value and the temperature setting deviation are too high (3-5 degrees), or the temperature measurement value and the actual furnace temperature deviation is too high (10-20 degrees). Please carry out self tuning operation, according to the shift key * hold three seconds thermostat will automatically enter the self-tuning state, AT display and set temperature, and two cross flashing subtitles will not stop, 20 minutes -40 minutes from setting at the end, only the normal display your set temperature value. When the setting is not over, if you want to quit, press the shift button again until you stop blinking. The factory parameter value is the optimized value, generally does not need the self-tuning.
3 、 temperature compensation:
If the temperature measurement and the actual temperature in the furnace have been adjusted or the deviation is too high, the following method can be used to correct.
(1) press and hold the CAL function key for two seconds to display the temperature measurement value 5C. The temperature setting value is 0. At this time, you can press + - key to compensate. After the compensation is completed, press the CAL function key for two times to save and exit.
Example: when measuring the temperature value of 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature in the furnace, adjust the temperature with the minus key to 5C, the temperature setting value -10, and then press the function key CAL to save and exit. Instead, when measuring the temperature of 10 degrees lower than the actual temperature in the furnace, adjust the temperature by the + + key, 5C, the temperature setting 10, and then press the function key "CAL" to save and exit.
(2) factory parameter value. Press and hold the CAL function key for two seconds to display 5C 0, then press the function key CAL to display Loc C, and then press the function key CAL to restore the normal window, and the 5C indicates the compensation value.
Loc means a lock, which means unlocking.
4, matters needing attention:
(1) for self timing, other parameters can not be adjusted.
(2) it takes 20-40 minutes for self setting, and 10-20 minutes after the end of the setting, and the temperature is normal at this time.
Five, fault detection
1. power on, check whether the pipe is open, or whether the plug is plugged in.
2. after the boot, the temperature display unchanged, without heating up, indicating that the heating body is disconnected.
3. after the boot, if the left display temperature is very high, the right display shows HIA or ORA, and has been flashing, indicating that the thermocouple open, or temperature control table failure.
